Sonny Fodera Drops New Album ‘Rise’

Carla Waring | July 12, 2019

Today’s the day that all Fodera fans have been waiting for after a culmination of three hard years in the studio, the release of his new album, Rise.

The man himself is certainly at the forefront of his own career, making big waves within the house music industry this year with releases on labels such as ABODE, Defected, Sola and Cajual.

Rise has been released on Sonny’s own Solotoko label, and boasts a range of quality material which teams up with both original and futuristic Fodera style.

Sonny caught global attention with an impressive 10 million streams with his underground remix of Calvin Harris’ Promises, and so this LP has been highly anticipated!

Resonating with listeners internationally, the album also follows slots at EDC Week Vegas, Coachella, BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend and We Are Fstvl.

To celebrate the pre-order launch, Sonny dropped a brand-new single which sees another production alongside future-flame Biscits for “Scratch My Back”, following the success of their Beatport chart-topping Insane EP earlier this year.

A number of collaborations and amazing vocals, including some familiar names will feature throughout!

The support is already flooding in for the album, as BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Scott Mills and BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems all try to get their hands on it first!

Dates for the UK tour have already been announced, and tickets are on sale now!
